Hayworth gets Chris Christie; Maloney gets Clinton

Major politicos are making their final pushes for candidates in the obviously contentious and very important new 18th Congressional District.

Nan Hayworth, R-Bedford, seeking a second term, got help this weekend from none other than Chris Christie, who was last seen touring storm-striken New Jersey shorelines.

Throwing his voice to New Yorkers via a telephone campaign, here is what he said in favor of Hayworth:
